1. Gluing & Pasting
We manufacture adhesives used for a variety of gluing and pasting operations. Starch adhesives are used for economical purposes, but synthetic solutions offer a cleaner behaviour than adhesives from vegetable sources. General applications include art & craft, pasting paper to paper, paper board, cloth, small handicrafts and other gluing applications.
4. Stationery
Our dextrin and synthetic adhesives are used to a great extent in the envelope manufacturing industry. The excellent re-moistenable characteristics of these adhesives make their use suitable for flap gumming applications. They are also suitable for body gumming as they do not stain the paper over a period of time. Our adhesives are also used in manufacture of various types of export quality files, diaries, pads, tapes etc.
7. Stickers & Labels
Our PS adhesives are manufactured using acrylic blends to ensure reliable performance in different environments. They find use in graphics, labels, post-it notes etc. and work well on different surfaces, offering clean behaviour when removed, or easily tearing off, depending on a particular requirement.
2. Fold-Gluing
Case sealing consists of sealing the top and bottom flaps of the corrugated boxes while carton sealing involves the closure of the ends of smaller boxes. We offer adhesives with fast tack and good machinability, usable on high speed equipment for such uses. Pasting can also be done by manual or brush applications. Some common packaging items include paper and board - bags and boxes, coated and non-coated cartons, soap wrappers and many other flexible forms.
5. Lamination
Our range of versatile lamination adhesives help in adhering the laminate to the object. By adjusting various properties like open time, viscosity etc. the gluing operation and substrates can be adjusted to get products of desired qualities. Our range covers most product requirements.
8. Woodwork
Our adhesives for wood works include ready to use synthetic emulsions which offer good strength and stability, suitable for indoor wood applications. By keeping adhesive films thin, one can achieve economical and closer, long lasting joints, durability along with a better finish. Being water borne and solvent free, theyare more eco-friendly and safe to use. Common applications include hard and soft woods, plywoods, wood panels, laminates, sheets, veneers, joints etc.
3. Labelling
Our range of water borne adhesives offer superior adhesive properties for difficult and transparent surfaces like glass, siliconized glass/vials, PET/ HDPE containers etc. Our synthetic adhesive films are white or transparent and thus provide for a superior finish to your products. Our adhesives for vials and siliconized vials are much favoured by the pharmaceutical industry. Our PS adhesives are used widely in the manufacture of pressure sensitive labels and allied applications.
6. Conversion
Our range of modified starches, dextrin’s and powder adhesives are also used in the paper conversion and foundry industry. They are used in the manufacture of corrugated sheets and rolls, multiwall paper bags and sacks, tube winding, lamination of paper, Kraft paper, and paperboard, paper cones, paper tubes, cores, drums, composite containers and foundry casting.
9. Book Binding
Our adhesives are used for book manufacturing as well as for book binding applications. Cloth or decorative paper used in the spine can be glued to the pages with our adhesive. Our adhesives possess properties like high flexibility and tack thereby allowing production of quality products.
